STEP THREE of the SAP Program
INITIAL EVALUATION
We will have a 30-minute meeting in person or through zoom to conduct our initial evaluation. We will discuss your forms and the circumstances of your violation. Based on my evaluation, I will make a recommendation of education or counseling accordingly. I will also explain the steps of the program to you, and what you should expect.
STEP FOUR of the SAP Program
FINAL EVALUATION
After you complete the recommendations, you will contact me so I can schedule you for the final evaluation. We will meet to discuss the outcome of your assignment with the goal of completing your SAP program. Once you complete, you become eligible for your Return to Duty test, (STEP 5). I will refer you to a CTPA If you do not have an employer to help you with step 5. I will help you throughout the entire 6 steps to make sure you feel confident about your process.
